Management Consultancy Services For GCCIA Interconnection

The GCCIA is responsible for the overall management of the Interconnection Project encompassing six utilities in the region. As a fairly new entity, the GCCIA had to be organized and staffed, and provided with direction in the form of a business plan to guide their efforts.

MHI assisted with setting up the organizational structure and developing the strategic business plan for the GCCIA, and developed the job descriptions and corresponding salary recommendations for key positions within the newly formed organization.
