Power System Maintenance Support Project

The objective of the procurement section of the project is to set up policies and systems to procure goods for the project and to ensure procurement sustains itself upon completion of the project.

MHI assisted TANESCO in the procurement of $1.5 million US from project funding and $1.2 million US from import support funds for this project by developing systems and procedures which meet the objectives of CIDA and TANESCO. Additionally, MHI prepared a trip report and Procurement Plan.
