Nepal Electricity Authority Study Tour - Financial Training

As part of the Nepal Electricity Authority Institutional Strengthening Project, MHI provided training to senior Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) staff in the areas of Financial Planning and Practices.

Manitoba Hydro International developed and delivered a customized training program for staff from the NEA. The program consisted of one week of management training in Canada for NEA executives in the areas of:

• Human Resource Development
• Internal Audit Processes
• Accounting Practices and Processes
• Financial Planning
