Acceptance Study of a 300MW Gas Fired Generating Facility

MHI was engaged by Deloitte & Associates to perform a technical audit of natural gas fired power generation facilities (2 x 150 MW Ansaldo units) in the Republic of the Congo. MHI performed a comprehensive technical audit of the conformity of the installed facilities to the original specifications concerning quality, quantity and performance. Also reviewed was the conformity of the constructed facilities to that of generally accepted international specifications for these types of facilities. MHI further reviewed the appropriateness of the costs incurred for the studies, works and services provided in relation to the installation of the generation facilities.
