Loss Reduction Program Services

MHI was contracted by Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) to provide consulting services to assist JPS staff in reducing technical and non-technical losses in its customer metering areas. More specifically this included:

• Inspecting the metering installations
• Reviewing the metering audit process and procedures 
• Reviewing the field audit team field testing / investigation techniques
• Providing informal on-site training and instructions
• Providing recommendations for process and procedure improvements
