Consultancy Services for Implementation of Staff Training Measures for the Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited

MHI in association with Nippon Koei UK has been contracted to create and implement a training program for the Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited. The program shall ensure on a sustained basis that the staff of UEGCL in charge of project Implementation as well as operation and maintenance (operating staff) are able to conduct their tasks properly and independently. The program will be implemented in three weeks and will cover the following topics:

• Dam Construction and Hydrology
• Environmental and Social Issues Relating to Hydropower Construction
• Financial & Economic Appraisals and PPPs
