Energy Study Tour

The twelve member delegation was lead by the Minister of Energy and included several technical managers. The purpose of tour was to acquaint the Vietnamese with the uniqueness or special expertise of each Canadian utility. MHI provided specific presentations on the both the planning and operation of the integration of a DC line in an AC System.
