Organization Development & Corporate Strategic Planning of Transmission Operating Co.

The purpose of this project was to assist with the creation of a transmission system and electricity market operating company (MEPSO) as part of the overall electricity sector restructuring taking place in Macedonia

More specifically MHI provided the following services:

• Developing the Organizational Structure, Roles, Responsibilities, and Job Descriptions
• Developing MEPSO’s first Corporate Strategic Plan
• Implementing a corporate wide business planning process
• Developing and implementing a Change Management program
• Developing and Implementing a Process Improvement System
• Reviewing MEPSO’s financial management / reporting and the cash management functions
• Developing the draft TOR for the purchase of a Financial Management System
