Due Diligence Study for 2075 MW Cahora Bassa Generation and HVDC Scheme Operations and Expansion

MHI has been subcontracted to provide assistance to Nippon Koei UK and Nippon Koei Japan in carrying out a Technical Due Diligence review of the project’s operations and future development as a condition precedent to the transfer of ownership from the Government of Portugal to the Government of Mozambique for a consideration of approximately USD $900 Million. MHI completed the Technical Due Diligence review for NKUK in September 2006.
