We offer complete Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services for hydraulic generating plant owners around the world. Through alliances with other engineering consultants and asset managers, we offer a complete range of O&M services to project owners, including:

  • Management of power purchase agreements;
  • Accounting and financial management systems;
  • Community relations;
  • Environmental mitigation.

In addition, we also offer specialized O&M support services including insulation engineering services, chemical laboratory services, and state of the art maintenance management methodologies. In association with Manitoba Hydro's Training and Performance Support Agency, we provide first-class trades and professional competency-based training programs for all aspects of hydraulic generation O&M.

Supervision of the Distribution Loss Recovery Project

The Government of Honduras and other energy sector stakeholders have divided the distribution and energy commercialization from the National Company of Electric Energy (ENEE), and started a 7-year managing service contract with an investment component.

The project includes the following objectives:
Reduce technical and commercial losses;
Develop an efficient and reliable distribution system;
Improve customer relationships.

Acting as the project supervisor, we are providing oversight and reporting on the main activities of the operator on the distribution system and customer service of the ENEE.
