Management and Technical Advisory Services

In March 2015, we started an 18-month contract to provide management and technical advisory services to the Société Nationale d’Électricité (SNEL). We were extended for an additional 22 months to continue performing various utility recovery activities. The objectives of the services contract were to carry out the emergency recovery plan of SNEL and strengthen its capacity in key functions. We were responsible for providing support and advisory services to SNEL’s directors in key functions relating to the management and technical aspects of a performing utility.
