As a subconsultant to Ricardo, MHI is participating in Transaction Advisory Services for the Luganville Electricity Concession in Vanuatu. Ricardo and MHI will assist the Government of Vanuatu to successfully conclude the tender process for the Luganville Electricity Concession, while ensuring compliance with international best industry practices and standards of transparency. Ricardo will provide technical, financial, and legal advice as well an optimal strategy for achieving a successful tender and finalization of the concession transaction. MHI will provide operations and maintenance expertise for generation and distribution.
